‘Lord, Have Mercy’ in 12 days.

Hey guys,

We just got back from an awesome trip through the southeast and had some KILLER shows. The Double Door in Charlotte, NC was incredible. The room was full and the music was loud. The next night in Myrtle Beach, SC was another great crowd and good time as always at Bourbon St.

We got to bed around 4am and had to leave at 8am to get to Atlanta, GA in time for our interview with Two Faces Radio. You can click the link and check that out, we did a few acoustic songs and talked rock and roll. Later that night we played to a packed house at the Star Bar with J. Roddy Walston & The Business and Young Orchids. I think we were 22 tickets short of a sell out. Thanks to both of those bands for having us on the show, they were both amazing.

3-4 hours of sleep later and we are on the road to Memphis, TN, one of our all-time favorite cities in the US. We were attending a surprise 50th birthday party for our producer, Paul. He was pretty shocked to see our faces when he walked in so it was well worth the sleep deprivation just for that. We decided to load the gear in and turn the party up for a bit. Played some Zeppelin tunes, some Leslie tunes and had Paul’s 7 year old son, Jack, M.C.ing the whole event. We wished we could have spent more time in Memphis but it was a 12 hour drive home for us the next day…

The release of Lord, Have Mercy is only 12 days away and we couldnt be more excited/anxious! We cant tell you how excited we are for this show. Its been a while since we’ve played a hometown show and we cant wait to play all of this new material (and some golden oldies) for all of you. Joining us on the bill will be The Shaniqua Brown and Hey, Rocco - some of Charleston’s finest young rock bands! So, get your tickets early, early, EARLY and we will see you there!
